The following are the standards for graduation from the SPGI High Risk Protection Course;

2 mile run in 15 minutes or less
Push-ups /40 in 2 minutes
Sit-Ups /45 in two minutes
Bench Press ( You will succesfully bench press your body weight 2 times)
Squat (You will succesfully squat press your body weight 2 times)
Pull Ups (You will be given 2 minutes to complete as many Pull Ups as possible)
Sand Dummy - In body armor you will be required to carry or drag a 250 pound sand dummy 50 meters
obstacle course /must pass in required time

The following PT requirements are for applicants applying for the Uniformed division;

Bench press your body weight once
Squat your body weight once
Sand Dummy - In body armor you will be required to carry or drag a 250 pound sand dummy 30 meters
300 meter dash in five minutes or less
